Enquiry with a Support Ticket

如您已向我們購買支援票券服務，並需要個性化的協助，請提交支援請求。使用支援票進行查詢，代表客戶同意扣除報價單內的票券。如票券不足，需要額外購買，本公司亦有權利選擇不接納該支援查詢。

我們的團隊將審查您的請求，並儘快於1-2個工作天內與您聯繫。提交請求時，請提供盡可能多的詳細信息，以幫助我們更有效地協助您。如果客戶使用支援票券，將能夠加快支援的行政流程，讓我們的團隊能更迅速地處理您的請求，並提供更有效的解決方案。

If you have purchased our support ticket service and require personalized assistance, please submit a support ticket. Use Support Ticket for inquiries, indicating that the customer agrees to deduct the tickets of the quotation. If there are insufficient tickets, additional purchases are required, The company also reserves the right to choose not to accept the support inquiry.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 working days. When submitting a ticket, please provide as much detail as possible to help us assist you more effectively. If customers use support tickets, it can expedite the support administrative process.
