• 系統登入 System Login

  當申請帳戶成功時，IGEARS團隊會向您寄出登入帳戶，由登入電郵 及 密碼組成。.

  When account is registered successfully, iGears Team will send the login information, including the email address and password for the login account Enter the user account email and password to login.

  

• 儀錶板 Dashboard

  系統儀錶板展示系統的各項數值，數字參考下圖指示:

  1. 系統儲存剩餘容量
  2. 剩餘電郵餘額 
  3. 系統結束日期 
  4. 電郵活動概述: 電郵活動名稱、發送狀態、發送日期、點擊數量、打開數量
  5. 收訊人 (展示數量)
  6. 系統語言
  7. 個人帳戶設定

  Dashboard shows an overview of all data of the system, the number reflects the reference of the below image:

  1. Available Storage of the System
  2. Remaining Email Quota
  3. System Expiry Date
  4. Campaign Overview that showing the status of the campaign, delivered date, no. of click and no. of spam.
  5. Recipient (showing the amount)
  6. Language Bar
  7. User Account Setting

• 建立電郵活動 Create Campaign

  1. 在儀表板上，按下「創建電郵活動」按鈕，您可以開始創建電子郵件活動。
  2. 在電子郵件活動面板中，您可以按下「新增」按鈕以創建新活動。
  3. 「發件人名稱」和「發件人電子郵件」是連結到用戶帳戶的欄位。如果您希望更改它們，可以在「用戶帳號」中進行設置。請注意，「發件人電子郵件」的域名應與您的退信郵件設置一致。
  4. 如果您有任何內部備註，請將其包含在「內部備註」中。
  5. 「主題」指的是電子郵件的主題。

  提示：你不必需要急著決定電郵活動資訊，在創建電郵活動後，仍可修改！

  1. At Dashboard, by pressing the “Create Campaign” button, you may start to create your email campaign. 
  2. At Email Campaign Panel, you may press "New" button for creating a new campaign.
  3. "Sender Name" and "Sender Email" are fields linked to User Account. If you would like to change it, you may set it at "User Account". Please note that the domain of "sender email" should be aligned with your bounce back email setting.
  4. If you have any internal note, please include it in "internal remark".
  5. "Subject" refers to the EDM subject

  Tips: You don't need to rush to decide on the email campaign information; you can still edit it after creating the email campaign!
