System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, documentation and co-ordination with users, technical and operations teams
- Participate in an agile team and work closely with each other
- Develop and maintain good quality applications following company's standard
- Prepare system documentation such as functional specification and technical specification
- Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data, UAT and perform testing
- Act as the key interface among business users, vendor and operations
Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system design, development, testing and analysis of applications and websites
- Collect user requirements and perform technical analysis
- System Design and specification writing
- Implement and maintain systems and websites
- Test on different browsers
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design UI/UX for web sites or mobile apps of our customers and our own products
- Work closely with our digital team for customer projects
- Collect user requirements and consult about the concepts
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
Graphical Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design visual and creatives of customer web sites or mobile apps
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials
- Collect user requirements and consult about the design
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
iOS Developer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mobile App design, development, testing and analysis of iOS applications
- Suggest and work with team to develop interesting and profitable new Apps
- Collect user requirements and perform technical analysis
- System Design and specification writing
- Implement and maintain existing Apps
- Test on different devices
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
Mobile App Developer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mobile App design, development, testing and analysis of android applications
- Suggest and work with team to develop interesting and profitable new Apps
- Collect user requirements and perform technical analysis
- System Design and specification writing
- Implement and maintain existing Apps
- Test on different devices
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with new and existing customers
- Manage customer accounts and build relationships with customers, partners and suppliers
- Give suggestions to products pricing and promotion
- Conduct market analysis and monitor product sales performance
- Work closely with sales manager and project manager about customers expectations and project implementation
- Organize sales and marketing materials, and marketing activities
- Communicate with managements and teams to achieve company goals and targets
Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team and programming team
- Exploring and developing customers' need
- Ensure clients' requirements and expectation are satisfied
- Retain and develop long-term relationship with our existing valued customers
- Assist sales team and liaise with customers for project follow up
- Handle sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned
Copywriter/ Content writer
Responsibilities:
- Copy writing for product content and marketing material
- Mobile Apps/IT article editing/writing, schedule content topic and direction according to the trend of IT/Technology and company product development
- Write up social media content in English/Chinese and have interaction with audience
- Keyword research
- Communicate with bloggers and online marketer for content cooperation
- Chinese-English translations
- Monitor content quality to achieve traffic goals and maximize user experience
