條款及細則

歡迎使用科擎科技有限公司(以下簡稱“本公司”)服務範圍所提供的服務及產品。為確保雙方的權益及明確服務範疇,請您仔細閱讀以下條款及細則。這些條款適用於所有由本公司提供的服務及產品,並對您與本公司之間的法律關係具有約束力。若您對條款有任何疑問,請隨時聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊。

  1. 責任免除
    本公司不會對客戶的網頁、電郵、系統、廣告或FTP上的檔案或內容承擔任何責任。
  2. 損失責任
    本公司不對任何客戶的損失負責。
  3. 付款條件
    所有列於報價單內的項目及價格,應根據發票規定的付款期限進行處理。若未能按時付款,本公司有權將該項目將停止製作,直至款項繳清。
  4. 退款政策
    除非報價單另有註明,否則本公司一律不設任何退款。
  5. 內容提供
    所有內容及資料均由客戶提供,包括但不限於數據形式的內容資料(如文字檔案)、翻譯內容(如有)和網站地圖。
  6. 價格結算
    除非報價單另有註明,價格皆以港元結算。
  7. 全額付款
    除非另有安排及雙方共識,本公司預期收取發票的全額費用。
  8. 項目完成
    若客戶未能提供必要的資料和內容或因客戶審批延遲導致項目在六個月內未能完成,該項目將視為完成。客戶仍需繳付餘額給本公司。
  9. 付款期限
    客戶需於發票建立日期14天內根據發票規定付款。若未能於21天內付款,本公司有權向客戶收取額外5%的費用作為月費。
  10. 宣傳用途
    本公司有權使用該項目設計作為其宣傳用途。
  11. 產品檢查
    所有程式系統、手機應用程式及網頁製作項目將經過本公司的內部安全檢查。如需改善產品以符合其他安全審核或要求,歡迎聯絡本公司銷售人員索取報價。
  12. 系統恢復
    在維護期內,若程式受到第三方攻擊或損壞,本公司將恢復系統至最新的有效副本。若因人為錯誤導致數據損失,本公司有權向客戶收取系統恢復費用。
  13. 系統升級
    如因第三方服務/API/軟體改變而需升級系統功能,本公司將另行收費。
  14. 技術支持
    所有關於系統、網站及網絡安全的諮詢及技術支援服務均需額外收費。
  15. 服務範圍
    本公司僅提供報價單上所列的服務條款,其它技術諮詢服務需另行收費。
  16. 維護期開始
    當開始系統維護期時,客戶即表示同意早前簽署確認的報價單內容已全部完成,日後如需進一步討論,將另行收費。

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to iGears Technology Limited ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including website development, system design, and technical support. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

  1. Disclaimer of Liability
    The Company shall not be liable for any files or content on the client's website, email, system, advertisements, or FTP.

  2. Liability for Losses
    The Company shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by the client.

  3. Payment Terms
    All items and prices listed in the quotation must be processed according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. If payment is not made on time, the Company reserves the right to stop production of the item until payment is received.

  4. Refund Policy
    Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the Company does not offer any refunds.

  5. Content Provision
    All content and data shall be provided by the client, including but not limited to data in the form of content materials (such as text files), translation content (if applicable), and site maps.

  6. Price Settlement
    Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, prices are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

  7. Full Payment
    Unless otherwise arranged and mutually agreed upon, the Company expects full payment of the invoice amount.

  8. Project Completion
    If the client fails to provide necessary data and content or if project approval is delayed by the client, resulting in the project not being completed within six months, the project will be deemed complete. The client is still required to pay the remaining balance to the Company.

  9. Payment Deadline
    The client must pay according to the invoice terms within 14 days from the date the invoice is issued. If payment is not made within 21 days, the Company reserves the right to charge the client an additional 5% of the total amount as a monthly fee.

  10. Promotional Use
    The Company has the right to use the project design for promotional purposes.

  11. Product Inspection
    All program systems, mobile applications, and website production projects will undergo internal security checks by the Company. If improvements are needed to meet other security audits or requirements, the client is welcome to contact the Company’s sales personnel for a quote.

  12. System Recovery
    During the maintenance period, if the system is attacked or damaged by a third party, the Company will restore the system to the latest valid copy. If data loss occurs due to human error, the Company reserves the right to charge the client for system recovery costs.

  13. System Upgrades
    If system functionality needs to be upgraded due to changes in third-party services/API/software, the Company will charge separately.

  14. Technical Support
    All consultations and technical support services related to system, website, and network security will incur additional charges.

  15. Scope of Services
    The Company only provides the services listed in the quotation; other technical consultation services will incur additional charges.

  16. Commencement of Maintenance Period
    When the system maintenance period begins, the client agrees that the contents of the previously signed and confirmed quotation have been fully completed. Any further discussions will incur additional charges.
