SendPromotion.Email 允許使用者以手動新增收件人,亦允許以CSV大量匯入收件人。以下是匯入收件人一些注意事項。
- 到收件人管理,並點按「匯入」後,會到達上傳CSV的頁面。可下載相關範本作參考。
- 每次匯入上限為99,999封電郵地址.如每次匯入的超出上限,系統會認為是垃圾郵件匯入。如需要大量匯入,請與我們的支援團隊聯絡。

範本會有齊各項欄位的名稱,可以按照你需要的欄位增加。如電郵 (Email)、firstname、數字欄位1等。
注: 因為匯入的是按CSV (UTF-8) 格式,如你沒有需要匯入其他欄位,可將其他欄位清空,以免匯入多餘的資料至系統。例: 假設C欄為category,如沒有需要,可以刪除此欄位。如該欄位仍然存在,代表你需要系統匯入。如欄位的其他列沒有輸入內容,系統會預設為空白內容。例,如保留E欄為First Name,但列3沒有輸入,E3即為空白,系統便會匯入「空白」的last name.
- 匯入後,系統會在後台運行相關匯入資料。匯入時,系統會彈出灰色等待畫面。請放心,系統匯入後會顯示相關匯入成功及失敗的電郵數量。
以下是匯入電郵時可能遇上的錯誤訊息:
- 沒有正確的電郵格式:系統無法辦認相關電郵格式,導致系統無法匯入。
- 匯入數量與成功顯示匯入數量不同:系統跳過不是電郵格式的電郵,導致與匯入檔不一。
- 顯示「電郵名單正在後台匯入,並可在匯入後查看進度」:此代表電郵CSV無法通過系統檢查,請與我們的支援團隊聯絡。
- 灰色等待畫面沒有回應 / 無法再次進入系統:此代表相關電郵數量較大,請耐心等侯。
其他錯誤訊息:請與支援團隊聯絡。
SendPromotion.Email allows users to manually add recipients as well as to import recipients in bulk using CSV. Here are some important notes regarding recipient import.
- Go to the recipient management section and click on "Import." This will take you to the page for uploading a CSV file. You can download the relevant template for reference.
- The maximum limit for each import is 99,999 email addresses. If the CSV file' email addresses exceeds this maximum, the system may consider it as SPAM import. Please contact for our support team for more information if you wish to apply an extensive import of the email addresses.

The template will include all field names, and you can add additional fields as needed, such as Email, First Name, Number Field 1, etc.
Note: Since the import is done in CSV (UTF-8) format, if you do not need to import certain fields, you can clear those fields to avoid importing unnecessary data into the system. For example, if column C represents a category and you don’t need it, you can delete that column. If the column remains, it indicates that you want the system to import it. If other rows in that column are empty, the system will treat them as blank. For instance, if you keep column E for First Name but leave row 3 empty, E3 will be blank, and the system will import a "blank" Last Name.
- After the import, the system will process the relevant data in the background. During the import, a gray loading screen will appear. Rest assured, once the import is complete, the system will display the number of emails that were successfully imported as well as those that failed
Here are the possible error messages you may encounter when importing emails:
- Invalid Email Format: The system cannot recognize the relevant email format, resulting in a failure to import.
- The number of imported entries differs from the successfully displayed number: the system skips email addresses that are not in the correct format, resulting in a discrepancy with the import file.
- "Email list is being imported in the background, and you can check the progress after the import": This indicates that the email CSV could not pass the system checks. Please contact our support team.
- Gray loading screen is unresponsive / Unable to re-enter the system: This means that the number of emails being processed is large; please be patient.
