大部分電郵供應商現在使用DMARC標準來處理電子郵件退回（如因電子郵箱已滿、電子郵箱不存在、收件人只開啟白名單等原因而導致郵件無法送達）。DMARC有助於減少垃圾郵件和欺詐郵件的數量，但同時也會對電郵退回率的正確計算造成影響。

因此，SendPromotion.Email 為正確計算電郵退回率，您需要建立一個專門用於接收退回電郵的電郵帳戶，並使用與寄件者相同網域名稱的電郵地址。如果您有多於一個寄件者電郵網域名稱，請為每個網域名稱提供一個電郵地址，並與我們分享以便檢索退回電郵資訊。

Most email providers now use the DMARC standard to handle email bounces (such as when a mailbox is full, the email address does not exist, or the recipient only opens whitelisted emails). DMARC helps reduce the amount of spam and fraudulent emails, but it can also affect the accurate calculation of email bounce rates.

Therefore, to accurately calculate the email bounce rate with SendPromotion.Email, you need to create a dedicated email account for receiving bounce emails and use an email address with the same domain name as the sender. If you have more than one sender email domain, please provide an email address for each domain and share it with us so we can retrieve bounce email information.

當完成填寫所有資訊，先按下儲存。再可以按右下角的「測試連結」。如果系統匯報「成功連接至伺服器」，即代表已完成設定。如沒有後「成功連接」，或遇上其他情況，請立即建立支援票券，與我們聯絡。

When you have finished filling in all the information, first click "Save". Then, you can click the "Test Connection" button in the bottom right corner. If the system reports "Successfully connected to the server," it means the setup is complete. If you do not receive the "Successful connection" message or encounter any other issues, you may a support ticket to our support team.
